For our team in Dubai, we are looking for a new team member for our business development department.

Logistics Specialist – BESTSELLER

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate processes independently between wholesale customers and the BESTSELLER logistics and sales teams.
• Collaborate closely with the logistics teams in Austria & Denmark to develop solutions and optimize processes.
• Support and track international shipments.
• Onboard and coordinate new customers, maintaining strong relationships with existing ones.
• Navigate customs regulations across the UAE, KSA, Egypt, and other countries.
• Work with partner companies to ensure compliance through chemical testing and audits, aligning with local regulations.
• Coordinate logistics with a focus on customs compliance and regulatory adherence.
• Handle process complaints and claims.
• Manage individual projects and conduct evaluations independently.
• Report to the Logistics Manager in Dubai.
• Research new market entry customs & logistic regulations.
• Execute expansion plans and new store openings.
• Manage timelines for new retail store openings in collaboration with the retail team and suppliers, including delivery of furniture, marketing materials, and products.
• Coordinate online orders between stores and the fulfillment team.

Qualifications:

• Completed commercial education; further studies in business administration or logistics and supply chain management are advantageous.
• 1-3 years of experience in business, logistics, or supply chain management within sectors like fashion, food, perfumes, or cosmetics.
• Quick comprehension and solution-oriented working style.
• Strong social and intercultural skills, with excellent communication abilities.
• Interest in data analysis and affinity for numbers.
• Proactive, hands-on mentality, open to new tasks and projects.
• Proficiency in English; Arabic or Indian language skills are a plus.
• Proficiency in IT, Microsoft Office, and Excel.
