Job summary

Majid Al Futtaim Holding is seeking a Logistics Specialist to oversee day-to-day operational supply chain and logistics for Majid Al Futtaim Lifestyle. The role aims to maximize process efficiency and productivity while ensuring seamless, time- and cost-efficient operations.

The role covers end-to-end supply chain activities, RFQ management, regulatory registrations, and invoice validation, with strong emphasis on stakeholder service and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in supply chain or logistics.
• Experience in high-volume, multi-site retail is an advantage.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end supply chain activity for the assigned area (Merchandise).
• Manage and maintain RFQ in accordance with the ETE process and SLAs.
• Register products with regulatory bodies and ensure certificates are up to date.
• Validate service providers invoices for accuracy against terms.
• Submit billing invoices in relevant systems and ensure timely processing by FSSC.
• Monitor daily replenishments to stores, launches, deliveries, store returns, orders.
• Provide exemplary customer service to stakeholders with timely information for decisions.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

JOB TITLE

ROLE SUMMARY

The Logistics Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day operational supply chain and logistics of Majid Al Futtaim Lifestyle in order to maximize the process efficiency and productivity. The role will be responsible for a seamless supply chain and logistics operations that meet the business objectives while being time and cost efficient.

ROLE PROFILE

• Execute the end-to-end supply chain activity for the assigned area (Merchandise).
• Manage and maintain the “Request for Quotation-RFQ”, as per the ETE process and the SLAs approved by the compliance team
• Registration of products in concern regularity bodies and ensure that all certificates are up to date.
• Validate all Service providers invoices to ensure that charges are consistent with the agreed terms.
• Submit billing invoices in relevant systems and make sure this is being processed by FSSC on time.
• Monitor daily replenishments to stores/launch deliveries/store returns/orders and deliveries of Merchandise/non-Merchandise items and based on VM, Marketing requirements.
• Provide exemplary customer service to all stakeholders by providing relevant and timely information for sound business decisions.
• Maintain strong professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree in supply chain/logistics or relevant field.
• 3 - 5 years’ experience in supply chain/logistics.
• Exposure to a high-volume transaction multi-site retail organization will be an advantage.
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Office including Word, PowerPoint & Excel
• Detail oriented
