Work Location: Dubai

We are looking for a Logistics Specialist who will be responsible for the logistics operations coordination for our Dubai office.

Responsibilities:

  1. Logistics Operation Coordination: Be responsible for the coordination and management of daily logistics operations, including clearance, warehousing, transportation (inbound and outbound), etc. Ensure the smooth progress of the logistics process, handle abnormal situations in a timely manner, and guarantee the on-time and accurate delivery of shipment.
  2. Supplier Management: Screen, evaluate, and maintain logistics suppliers, and establish good cooperative relationships. Circulate KPI for supplier monthly. Regularly communicate with suppliers, adjust service content according to business needs, supervise service quality, and handle supplier-related issues.
  3. Cost Application and Payment Management: Take charge of the verification, application, and payment management of logistics supplier costs. Strictly review cost details to ensure the accuracy and compliance of cost payments. Analyze logistics costs and put forward cost-control suggestions.
  4. Data and Reports: Collect, organize, and analyze logistics data, generate various logistics reports, provide decision-making basis for management, and optimize logistics processes and cost structures through data analysis.
  5. Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Collaborate closely with departments such as sales, procurement, and finance. Communicate logistics information in a timely manner, jointly solve business problems, and provide high-quality logistics support.

Work Experience: Have 2 - 5 years of working experience in the logistics industry, and be familiar with the operation processes of all logistics parts.

Language Ability: Be able to communicate fluently in Chinese to meet the communication needs in daily work.

Cost Management Ability: Have experience in supplier cost application and payment management, be familiar with cost accounting, application, and payment processes, and be able to effectively control costs.

Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication skills, be able to communicate effectively with different internal and external personnel, convey information accurately, and coordinate work.

High Emotional Quotient: Have good emotional management and interpersonal relationship handling abilities. Stay calm in complex work scenarios, properly resolve conflicts, and maintain a harmonious team and good cooperative relationships.
