Job summary

A logistics company in Dubai is seeking an experienced logistics operator to handle Mofaic attestation, shipping documents, and customs inspections. The role requires a minimum of 4 years of UAE experience in logistics and good proficiency with software tools like UPS and FedEx. Successful candidates will have strong communication skills and the ability to work independently. A UAE driving license is mandatory.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years relevant UAE experience in logistics operations.
  • Experience in vehicle registration.
  • 3+ years of shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

  • Apply for Mofaic attestation through Edas 2.0.
  • Clear shipping documents via Dubai trade portal.
  • Coordinate with shipping lines and Dubai port.

Job description:

  • Applying for Mofaic attestation through Edas 2.0
  • Clearing shipping documents and passing BOE and issuing gate pass through Dubai trade portal
  • Apply for Delivery Order through Dubai trade portal
  • Co-ordinating with shipping line
  • Co-ordinating with DP world for crane requirements, port passes etc.
  • Applying for attestation of invoices through Dubai Chamber
  • Visiting customs offices for inspections and other various customs related jobs
  • Handling Earth moving and Tower crane products , its delivery, and RTA related registration jobs. Applying for customs duties, DPC charges through Zoomlion portal

Qualifications / Skills:

  • 4+ years relevant UAE experience in logistics operations, JAFZA experience preferable
  • Experience in vehicle registration
  • 3+ years of shipping, receiving, warehouse operations, inventory management, and import/export operations experience
  • Good understanding of Custom clearance, Compliance, Shipping documents, Supplier Negotiation, LCs, Knowledge of INCO terms
  • Experience filing, experience processing shipments using UPS and FedEx software basic proficiency with MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint or Google Docs, Sheets and Slides
  • Quick learner with multi-tasking ability and adapt to a variety of challenges
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong sense of time management and urgency
  • Able to work independently and within a team
  • UAE driving license
