Metso Dubai, seeking a skilled Logistics Specialist to manage logistics operations and coordination across the Middle East region. This role involves direct collaboration with Logistics Service Providers (LSPs), Global Logistics teams, and customers. A strong background in handling pre- and post-shipment documentation, including Letters of Credit (LC) and Cash Against Documents (CAD), is essential.

What you’ll do:

Oversee and execute daily logistics operations for the Middle East region.

Manage third-country shipments across the Middle East.

Coordinate with LSPs for timely shipment pickups and deliveries.

Communicate effectively with global logistics and supply chain teams.

Prepare and review LC and CAD documentation for Middle East transactions.

Handle both import and export processes in compliance with regional regulations.

Ensure adherence to customs requirements specific to Middle Eastern countries.

Apply accurate interpretation and use of Incoterms in logistics operations.

Utilize SAP systems efficiently with a minimum of 3–4 years of hands-on experience.

Who You Are:

Minimum of 5–6 years of relevant logistics experience.

Experience working in a Middle Eastern country is highly preferred.

Strong collaboration experience with global LSPs and international teams.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in SAP, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.
