Job description

  • Independent coordination of processes between wholesale customers and the BESTSELLER logistics and sales teams
  • Work closely with the logistics team in Austria & Denmark as a sparring partner to develop solutions and optimize processes
  • Provide support and tracking of international shipments
  • Onboarding and coordination of new customers, maintaining strong relationships with existing ones
  • Expert in navigating customs regulations across the UAE, KSA, Egypt, and other nations
  • Collaborate with partner companies to ensure compliance through chemical testing and audits, aligning with local regulations
  • Specialized in logistics coordination with a focus on customs compliance and regulatory adherence
  • Answer to process complaints and claims
  • Take ownership of induvial projects and conduct evaluations independently
  • Report to the Logistic Manager in Dubai
  • Research new market entry customs & logistic regulations
  • Execute expansion plans & new store openings
  • Manage new retail store opening timelines in collaboration with the retail team and suppliers. including but not limited to delivery of furniture, marketing materials, and products
  • Process & coordination of online orders between the stores & fulfillment team

Qualifications:

  • Completed commercial education; further studies in the field of business administration or logistics and supply chain management would be advantageous
  • 1-3 years of work experience in business, logistics, and/or supply chain management, within the FMCG sector, such as fashion, food, perfumes or cosmetics
  • Quick comprehension and a solution-oriented working style
  • Strong social and intercultural competence as well as excellent communication skills
  • Affinity for numbers and interest in data analysis
  • Hands-on mentality, proactivity and open to new tasks and projects
  • Very good written and spoken English, Arabic or Indian is a plus
  • Proficiency in IT, Microsoft and Excel tools
