Role Overview

We're hiring a Logistics & Fulfilment Executive to spearhead our 3PL and last-mile logistics partnerships across the region. You’ll identify, negotiate, and onboard outsourced logistics partners (3PLs, carriers, customs brokers) to enable fast and scalable order delivery for regional customers.

Your focus will be on supply chain design, cost optimisation, and automation—and you’ll be commissioned based on the order volume processed through your contracted partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and secure regional 3PL providers, last-mile delivery partners, and cross-border carriers.
• Negotiate contracts with logistics providers on pricing, coverage zones, delivery SLAs, and performance guarantees.
• Deploy AI-powered tools for logistics routing, delivery time prediction, partner selection, and returns optimization.
• Design scalable shipping strategies for B2C deliveries across India, GCC, Southeast Asia.
• Integrate logistics partners with internal systems using APIs, middleware, or automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Make).
• Monitor partner KPIs: cost per delivery, on-time rate, return rate, NPS impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in logistics, supply chain, or operations within a fast-moving B2C eCommerce environment
• Proven track record sourcing and managing 3PL and carrier partners across regions
• Strong commercial negotiation skills and performance-based contract experience
• Familiarity with logistics automation tools and AI-based fulfilment platforms
• Understanding of cross-border logistics, import/export regulation, and customs procedures in the region
