Logistics Operations Executive Shipping and Supply Chain Coordination

Key Responsibilities

* Coordinate import and export logistics for shipping operations across key routes
* Monitor cargo movement, resolve issues, and ensure timely documentation and clearance
* Liaise with suppliers, carriers, and customs to streamline processes and reduce delays
* Maintain accurate shipment tracking and prepare regular operational reports
* Analyze shipping data to identify areas for cost efficiency and service improvement
* Ensure compliance with UAE trade and customs regulations
* Support internal teams with logistics documentation and port clearances
* Address escalations and proactively troubleshoot supply chain disruptions

Job Requirements

Education: Bachelor s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience: 3 5 years in shipping coordination or freight operations within the GCC
Skills:

* Strong knowledge of international shipping regulations and documentation
