Job description

This role involves providing logistics support and overseeing logistics processes for the Procurement department.

Responsibilities include: -

• Monitoring budget spending.
• Tracking, receiving, and stocking ordered items accurately.
• Coordinating material distribution, collection, and inventory transfers based on demand.
• Collaborating with team members to plan transportation schedules.
• Implementing tracking systems for real-time material and stock monitoring.
• Ensuring cost-efficient shipping, storage, and distribution of products.
• Maintaining logs of warehouse stock and preparing reports for management.
• Performing additional duties as assigned by the manager.
