The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the efficient coordination of shipments, inventory management, and vendor relations. Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.

• Track shipments, manage transportation schedules, and ensure all documentation is accurate and compliant.

• Maintain inventory records and ensure optimal stock levels across warehouses.

• Communicate effectively with suppliers, vendors, freight forwarders, and internal departments.

• Oversee the processing of orders, shipping documents, invoices, and customs declarations.

• Resolve any issues related to delays, damaged goods, or delivery discrepancies.

• Analyze logistics data and suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

• Ensure compliance with UAE import/export regulations and company policies.

• Support logistics budgeting and cost control initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.

• Minimum 2–4 years of proven experience in logistics, supply chain, or shipping coordination.

• Proficient in logistics software and Microsoft Office applications.

• Strong organizational and analytical skills.

• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.

• Knowledge of UAE customs regulations and logistics best practices is a plus.
