Job Description:

1. Oversee and manage global logistics operations, ensuring smooth and cost-effective movement of goods.
2. Optimize transportation and freight management, including sea, air, and land shipments.
3. Lead the logistics team, ensuring high levels of performance, efficiency, and accountability.
4. Establish and maintain relationships with logistics providers, freight forwarders, and 3PL partners.
5. Manage import and export operations, ensuring full compliance with international trade regulations.
6. Oversee warehousing and inventory movement, ensuring proper storage, tracking, and distribution.
7. Develop and implement logistics automation tools and ERP optimizations to enhance tracking and reporting.
8. Collaborate with sales, procurement, and customer service teams to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
9. Implement risk management strategies to minimize supply chain disruptions and avoid demurrage costs.
10. Drive continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring efficiency in transportation, warehousing, and inventory handling.
