Job Overview

KILONEWTONS is looking for a seasoned LOGISTICS MANAGER to oversee our end-to-end supply chain operations in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of progressive experience in logistics management, with expertise in UAE/GCC supply chain networks. If you’re a strategic leader with a proven track record in optimizing logistics operations, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize costs and efficiency

Manage warehouse operations, inventory control, and distribution networks

Oversee transportation management (land, sea, and air freight)

Negotiate contracts with suppliers, carriers, and 3PL providers

Ensure compliance with UAE customs regulations and trade laws

Implement and optimize WMS/TMS systems (SAP, Oracle, JDA)

Lead a team of logistics professionals and warehouse staff

Analyze logistics KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives

Manage budgets, cost control, and risk mitigation strategies

Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field (Master’s preferred)

10+ years UAE/GCC experience in logistics/supply chain management

Expertise in warehouse management systems (WMS) and transport management systems (TMS)

Strong knowledge of UAE customs procedures and import/export regulations

Proven experience in freight forwarding and 3PL management

Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills

Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and data analysis tools

Professional certifications (CSCP, CPIM, CILT) are a plus

Fluent in English (Arabic is advantageous)
