LOGISTICS MANAGER

Are you a logistics expert with a passion for large-scale civil projects in the Oil & Gas EPC sector? We’re looking for a Logistics Manager to lead and optimize our supply chain operations, ensuring seamless coordination of materials, equipment, and resources across complex civil engineering sites.

Your Role

As a Logistics Manager, you will:

• Develop and implement logistics strategies for civil construction projects within oil & gas EPC operations.
• Manage end-to-end supply chain activities including procurement coordination, transportation, warehousing, and site delivery.
• Ensure compliance with HSE and regulatory standards in logistics operations.
• Collaborate with project managers, procurement teams, and site engineers to align logistics with project timelines.
• Monitor and report on logistics KPIs, costs, and performance metrics.
• Resolve bottlenecks and mitigate risks in material flow and delivery schedules.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: Must have a minimum of 10-15 years of experience in oil and gas EPC civil projects
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Civil Engineering or related field
• Expertise: Strong understanding of construction logistics, heavy equipment handling, and international shipping regulations. Must be well-verse on various ERP systems and logistics software. Be able to demonstrate organization, negotiation and leadership skills.
