Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or Supply Chain.
• 3+ years experience in invoicing, billing, or logistics administration.
• Experience in the UAE market and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end invoicing processes for logistics operations.
• Prepare invoices and reconcile revenue reports.
• Ensure compliance with financial controls and VAT within a WMS/ERP environment.
• Serve as a key financial interface between warehouse operations, inventory control, and finance.
