Logistics & Inventory Coordinator - Repair Parts Operations

Job Overview
As a Logistics & Inventory Coordinator, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of repair part logistics, from order placement and goods receipt to issuing, tracking, and returning stock. This position supports service efficiency by ensuring accurate documentation, timely part movement, system updates, and adherence to vendor and internal processes. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a background in warehouse and inventory operations.

Key Responsibilities

* Create local, import, and consignment purchase orders based on stock requirements
* Receive, unpack, and validate goods against purchase orders; update internal and brand systems accordingly
* Organize proper storage, handling, and allocation of stock in designated warehouse locations
* Issue parts to jobs and update issuance records in the system
* Verify supplier invoices against purchase orders and upload documents for payment processing
* Monitor stock levels, track shipments, and maintain accurate inventory records
* Conduct periodic physical inventory counts and investigate discrepancies
* Process supplier credit notes (PRET) and reflect them in the system
* Prepare STOs and gate passes for internal stock transfers
* Handle return shipments to vendors for defective or DOA (Dead on Arrival) parts
* Coordinate daily driver schedules and dispatch assignments to meet delivery targets
* Maintain documentation for inbound and outbound goods and ensure timely dispatch
* Perform additional duties as assigned to support warehouse operations

Job Requirements

* Graduate or Diploma in Logistics, Materials Management, or a related field
* 2 3 years of experience in warehouse, inventory, or logistics operations
* Proficiency in inventory management systems and documentation processes
* Strong understanding of receiving, dispatching, and internal logistics flow
* Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
* Team player with good communication and coordination abilities
