Job summary

Hilti Emirates in Dubai is seeking a candidate to start a supply chain career with exposure to end-to-end regional logistics operations. You will work cross-functionally to improve service, efficiency, and performance.

The role includes building dashboards with Excel/Power BI, collaborating with Service, Sales, and Materials teams, and applying Lean principles to boost productivity in a global environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
• Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint.
• Analytical mindset with strong numerical aptitude.
• SAP knowledge is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, and comfortable working under strict deadlines.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
• Highly motivated with a customer-focused and continuous improvement mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in both office and operational environments.
• Excellent English proficiency (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Support daily Import/Export, warehousing, and domestic/regional transport activities.
• Coordinate with logistics service providers to ensure on-time shipment movements and regulatory compliance.
• Manage inbound, outbound, inventory control, reverse logistics, and local/regional deliveries.
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Sales, and Materials Management to improve service delivery.
• Apply Lean tools and global standards to identify root causes and drive productivity improvements.
• Build dashboards and data visualizations using Excel and Power BI to support decision-making.
• Assist in performance reviews with logistics service providers and follow up on corrective actions.
• Support cost management activities including invoice checks, audits, and operational controls.
• Interpret and communicate logistics KPIs and performance reports.
