JOB ACTIVITIES
- Understand customer requirements and manage the fulfilment of sales orders in line with the agreed service levels.
- Coordinate and communicate with internal stakeholders: Customer Service, Sales, and the Plant to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Act as the focal point of communication with external stakeholders: 3rd Party Transporter/Warehouse Provider to ensure timely receipt of goods and/or delivery of sales orders.
- Maintain records of delivery issues and communicate the status of sales orders to relevant stakeholders.
- Generate SAP transactions related to logistics functions in a timely and accurate manner, including dispatching, invoicing, allocations, goods receipts, and delivery notes.
- Generate SAP or eProc Purchase Orders.
- Ensure efficient fleet and resource utilization.
- Ensure accuracy of goods receipt in SAP; coordinate and arrange for intercompany transfers as required; reconcile physical inventory in warehouses vs SAP.
- Monitor warehouse storage; ensure inventory is available to meet customer demands and address damaged/aged items promptly.
- Maintain updated reports on returned shipments, road permits, fleet utilization, and service levels.
- Control expenses and identify cost reduction areas without compromising quality or efficiency to maintain financial health of logistics operations.
- Capture monthly costs related to scope of work; verify services and submit invoices to Finance timely.
- Manage supply chain disruptions by implementing contingency plans to minimize impact and ensure operational continuity.
- Adhere to safety and compliance policies, participate in training, and report incidents and hazards.
- Provide backup support in absence of team members and undertake additional tasks as assigned by management.

QHSE Objectives & Assignments
- Participate in training to acquire QHSE knowledge and impart it to colleagues as required.
- Report near misses, incidents, hazards, and injuries to line manager within required timeframes.
- Implement corrective and preventive actions following accidents or incidents.
- Strictly adhere to QHSE requirements; have authority to stop operations for safety reasons.
- Participate in incident investigations and analysis.
- Comply with Group HSE Charter & MAESTRO requirements and applicable policies and regulations.
- Demonstrate exemplary conduct, vigilance, and professionalism regarding HSE activities.
- Ensure compliance with position-specific processes and guidelines.
- Comply with TEMME Safe Work Permit program, fulfilling roles such as permit applicant, issuing, and approval authority.
Compliance Objectives
- Adhere fully to the company's compliance policies, including sanctions and export controls.
- Promptly notify compliance officers of violations or non-compliance instances.

- Good understanding of supply chain, logistics, or manufacturing activities.
Skills:
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills.
- Enthusiastic, curious, proactive, and confident in cross-functional interactions.
- Capable of managing a fast-paced, changing environment with tight deadlines.
Experience:
- Fresh graduate with internship experience and/or at least 1 year in logistics, preferably in lubricants or similar industry, is an advantage.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Supply Chain, Logistics, Sciences, or Engineering.
