Job description

To help us maintain our high standards of service, we are seeking an experienced and accomplished Logistics Executive to drive innovation in our busy last mile network.

Key job responsibilities

The Logistics Executive provides on-ground support to the Ops team and Program Team with initiatives that require complex investigation and proactivity. With a mix of operational and program expertise, the Logistics Executive works with various stakeholders to support, monitor, and drive resolution of operational call-outs to minimize overall business risk and maintain the high Amazon quality standards. You should be able to dive deep, scrutinize details, and foresee data implications.

The Logistics Executive is a critical role in the Variable Program team organization, serving as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders, keeping business objectives in mind. Being organized, acting promptly to notify about operational situation problems, and being a detail-oriented problem solver are essential qualities.

Additionally, you will support the Program team, which works on the backend to gather insights, enhance the program lifecycle, and ensure Amazon standards and partners’ best experience.

Qualifications
  1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  3. At least 2 years of experience in investigations related to managing contacts, determining root causes of issues, and tracking the progress of process initiatives
  4. Willingness to travel
  5. Ability to multitask and manage multiple sites simultaneously with attention to detail
  6. Demonstrates a sense of ownership, leads by example, and can develop subject matter expertise in all operations processes
