Job Title: Logistics Executive (Local Dispatches)Location: DubaiSalary: Up to AED 7,000Job Code: 047/001/745Industry: Chemical Manufacturing/TradingJob Brief:We are seeking a Logistics Executive to manage local dispatches within the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate should have experience handling logistics operations, a strong understanding of incoterms, and knowledge of documentation for dangerous goods. Prior experience in the chemical manufacturing or trading industry is preferred.Job Responsibilities:Oversee and manage local dispatches to Saudi Arabia and within the United Arab Emirates.Handle logistics operations for Jebel Ali Free Zone, ensuring compliance with local regulations.Ensure timely and accurate delivery of shipments while maintaining efficiency in operations.Coordinate with transporters, shipping lines, and internal teams to ensure smooth dispatch processes.Prepare and review shipping documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and delivery notes.Ensure compliance with regulations for handling and transporting dangerous goods.Maintain proper documentation and records related to hazardous material shipments.Liaise with customs authorities and regulatory bodies for necessary approvals and clearances.Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse teams to optimize stock movement.Address logistics-related issues, delays, or discrepancies and provide solutions proactively.Job Requirements:2-4 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management.Strong knowledge of INCO terms and international shipping regulations.Experience in handling logistics operations within the Jebel Ali Free Zone.Understanding of documentation and regulatory requirements for dangerous goods.Experience in the chemical manufacturing or trading industry is preferred.
