ActivitiesJOB ACTIVITIES- Understand customer requirements and manage the fulfilment of sales orders in line with the agreed service levels.
- Coordinate and communicate with Internal stakeholders: Customer Service, Sales and the Plant to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Acts as the focal point of communication with External stakeholders: 3 rd Party Transporter/Warehouse Provider to ensure timely receipt of goods and/or delivery of sales orders.
- Maintain records of delivery issues and communicate the status of sales orders to relevant stakeholders.
- Generate SAP transactions related to logistics function in a timely & accurate manner. Transactions include but are not limited to: dispatching, invoicing, allocations, goods receipts, delivery notes etc.
- Generate SAP or eProc Purchase Orders.
- Ensure efficient fleet and resource utilization.
- Ensure accuracy of goods receipt in SAP; coordinate & arrange for intercompany-transfers as/when required. Ensure reconciliation of physical inventory in the warehouses vs SAP.
- Monitor warehouse storage situation. Ensures inventory is available to meet customer demands, and damaged/aged items are addressed in a timely manner.
- Maintain updated reports on returned shipments, road permits, fleet utilization, and service level reports.
- Controlling expenses, and identifying areas for cost reduction without compromising on quality or efficiency, ensuring the financial health of the logistics operations.
- Capture monthly costs of scope relating to its area of work; cross-verification of services availed with timely submission of invoices to Finance.
- Manage unexpected supply chain disruptions, such as delays or damages by implementing contingency plans to minimize the impact and maintain operational continuity.
- Adhere to safety and compliance policies, participate in training programs, report incidents and hazards.
- Provide support as a back-up, in the absence of team members, and undertake any other scope as assigned by the line management.
ACCOUNTABILITIESQHSE Objectives & Assignments:- Participate in the training program to acquire QHSE knowledge and impart this training to colleagues as and when required by Management.
- Reporting of near misses, incidents, hazards & injuries to line Manager within the time frame as required by Quality, HSE, Energy policies and Manuals.
- Implement the corrective and preventive actions defined following any accidents and incidents.
- Strict adherence to QHSE requirements with full authority to stop any operation for safety reasons
- Participate in the training program to acquire QHSE knowledge and impart this training to colleagues as and when required by Management.
- Participate in the investigation and analysis of incidents as and when required.
- Strict adherence and compliance towards Group HSE Charter & MAESTRO requirement and affiliate's HSEQ Policy, Procedures & specific rules & regulations applicable to the area of activity at all time.
- Demonstrates exemplary conduct, rigor, vigilance and professionalism regarding HSE in all their activities.
- Ensure adherence to compliance processes and guidelines specific to position's roles and responsibilities.
- To comply with TEMME Safe Work Permit program (as per the Permit To Work roles and responsibility assignment; process owner/ permit applicant/ issuing authority and approval authority).
- Strict adherence to QHSE requirements with full authority to stop any operation for safety reasons
COMPLIANCE OBJECTIVES- Ensure full adherence to the company's compliance program, its policies and procedures including economic sanctions and export control in all professional activities.
- Promptly notify the compliance officer/economic sanctions referent of any instances of noncompliance or violations of economic sanctions or export control that comes to attention.
Candidate ProfileKnowledge:- Good knowledge of supply chain, logistics or manufacturing activities
Skills:- Fluent in written and oral English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Possess good analytical and logical reasoning skills.
- Possess enthusiasm, curiosity to learn, takes initiative and is confident to interact cross-functionally.
- Ability to manage a fast-paced, changing environment with tight deadlines.
Experience:- Fresh graduate with some internship experience and/or minimum 1 year of experience in Logistics, preferably in Lubricants or a similar industry, will be an added advantage
Education:- Minimum Bachelor's, preferably in the field of Supply Chain, Logistics, Sciences or Engineering
