1. Educational & Professional Background

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field
• Additional certifications in Construction Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Project Management are an advantage
• Professional memberships (e.g., CIOB, CMILT) preferred but not mandatory
