Job summary

Mumzworld.com is seeking an Operations Cost & Performance Manager to own cost control, budgeting, and KPI-driven improvements for its logistics function. You will turn analyses into savings, lead automation initiatives, and collaborate across operations, finance, procurement and legal to optimise performance.

The role demands strong financial control, analytical excellence, and delivery focus in a fast-paced e-commerce environment. UAE-based relocation is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills, including advanced Excel.
• Experience with cost-tracking automation or BI tools and ERP systems such as NetSuite.

Responsibilities

• Cost Analysis & Optimisation: analyse logistics and operation costs and identify savings opportunities.
• Optimisation & Automation Projects: lead projects from analysis to implementation, incl. automation.
• Financial Control: coordinate month-end cost accruals for operations.
• Performance Management: prepare monthly KPIs, analyse variances and drive corrective actions.
• Manpower & Capacity Planning: determine headcount needs across departments for peaks.
• Vendor Strategy & Risk Management: assess costs, negotiate with vendors, coordinate contracts.
