Qualifications

• Pakistani national fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Proven experience as a logistics coordinator or similar role.
• Knowledge of supply chain management principles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and logistics software (SAP).
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
• Valid UAE driver's license is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations
• Plan and track the shipment of goods from origin to destination
• Communicate with suppliers, manufacturers, and customers to ensure timely delivery of products
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, orders, and shipments
• Ensure all shipping documents are completed accurately and on time
• Monitor logistics processes and identify areas for improvement
• Resolve any issues or delays in transportation or delivery
• Negotiate rates with carriers and suppliers to obtain the best pricing
• Prepare reports on logistics performance measures
