Our Client, a European MNC Manufacturing company based in Ras Al Khaimah, is hiring for the position of Logistics Coordinator / Customer Service Representative. Candidates should be open to relocating to Ras Al Khaimah.

Logistics Coordinator / CSR - Ras Al Khaimah (MNC Manufacturing)

Reporting To: Customer Service Manager

Purpose of Job : To ensure excellent customer service while maintaining quality assurance procedures. Key responsibilities include prompt and accurate handling of all orders and enquiries, working towards departmental performance targets.

  1. Taking telephone orders and enquiries from internal and external customers.
  2. Maintaining an accurate and up-to-date price list used for every order/enquiry.
  3. Entering direct sale and consignment stock orders and processing consignment returns.
  4. Preparing and issuing credit notes
  5. Updating sales order schedules and liaising with customers, account managers, and works personnel regarding delivery requirements.
  6. Checking, resolving, and advising on order progress procedures.

Must have: Bachelor’s degree, working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, good communication skills, ability to manage workload, attention to detail, ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines, good organizational skills, and experience in a similar role.
