Job Responsibilities:
- Freight and Vessel Booking: Coordinate and execute the booking of shipments via sea, air, or land, ensuring timely arrangements and adherence to client requirements. Track inbound and outbound vessels.
- IDF (Importer Declaration Form) Management: Update IDF information for each export, collaborate with clients for the issuance of the Certificate of Conformity (COC), and prepare accurate export documentation.
- Customs and SGS Compliance: Manage all Customs and SGS-related tasks, ensuring compliance with regulations. Confirm Bill of Lading (BL) drafts with clients and agents to facilitate smooth shipping processes.
- Warehouse Coordination: Coordinate activities with HIC Warehouse and offshore 3PL warehousing teams, overseeing loading/unloading, monitoring import/export tasks, and conducting stock reconciliation at all locations. Check all invoices and verify activities performed.
- Documentation and Billing: Update Goods Receipt Note (GRN), Goods Delivery Note (GDN), insurance sheets, Bills of Lading, and handle freight invoices. Ensure timely updates of import/export documentation and monitor expiry dates. Maintain trackers for Telax, import, and export activities. Prepare packing and commercial invoices, and follow up with freight forwarders.
- Telax Release Activity: Facilitate Telax release activities, ensuring efficient and compliant processes.
- Reporting: Generate and maintain import trackers and booking sheet reports to track export activities effectively. Ensure timely entry of GRN, GDN, and BOE, and coordinate with customers regarding their requirements.
Educational Qualification: Graduate and above / Equivalent
Skills Required: Experience with accounting in ERP, Tally, or other accounting software
Experience: 4 to 5 years or more, with mandatory U.A.E. experience and exposure to exports
Expected Joining Date: Immediate or as soon as possible
