About the role:

1. Manage procurement life cycle (PR creation, tracking, approvals)
2. Process Goods Received Notes (GRNs) and ensure accurate receipt recording
3. Coordinate with business units, vendors, finance teams, and IT
4. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
5. Process high-volume quotes and invoices (avg. 400/month)
6. Maintain accurate records and reports
7. Managing the vehicle expense tracker
8. Coordinate vehicle maintenance, repairs, and inspections
9. Manage vehicle documentation (registrations, insurance, permits)
10. Ensure fleet safety and regulatory compliance
