Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee the transportation and delivery of materials to project sites.


• Manage inventory levels, ensuring timely procurement and efficient storage of materials.


• Work closely with suppliers, freight forwarders, and site teams to prevent delays.


• Maintain accurate records of shipments, deliveries, and inventory movements.


• Assist in resolving logistical issues and implement solutions to improve efficiency.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in logistics coordination within the construction or fit-out industry.


• Strong understanding of supply chain management, shipping, and customs regulations in the UAE.


• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.


• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.


• Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office.


• UAE driving license is an advantage.
