Logistics Coordinator

Brief: The Logistics Coordinator at Mahindra Emirates Vehicle Armouring (MEVA) is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient movement of all materials and shipments in and out of our premises.

Responsibilities Overview:

• Regular coordination with the procurement and sales teams regarding material movements (in/out).
• Ensure efficient logistics and smooth movement of materials.
• Ensure hassle-free entry and exit of all shipments in an organized and planned manner to avoid last-minute decisions.
• Ensure all statutory documentation and compliance for entry/exit of materials is completed and up to date on all relevant portals (MOFA, MOD, Customs, SERA).
• Coordinate regularly with the accounts team for timely payments and clearance of all material movements.
• Plan and track shipments to avoid last-minute delays.
• Communicate and negotiate with suppliers and freight forwarders to secure the best possible options.
• Maintain regular coordination with the store team for incoming and outgoing materials for both MEVA (UAE) and MAVJLLC (Jordan).

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in any discipline
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Experience with SAP, Oracle, or any other ERP system is a plus

Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a relevant role
