Job Opening: Logistics Coordinator (Immediate Joiner) Joining Requirement: Immediate We are currently seeking a highly organized and proactive Logistics Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and timely movement of goods, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with logistics procedures. Logistics Coordination: • In charge of managing incoming and outgoing shipments for both local and international clients. • Gather and organize documentation, follow up with suppliers and logistical firms to determine the quickest and most affordable shipping options. • Manage international logistics for delivering products to clients across multiple regions. • Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and local delivery partners to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries. • Monitor shipping and delivery schedules, tracking shipments and addressing any issues that arise. • Perform administrative tasks as assigned Customs Documentation and Compliance: • Ensure all necessary customs documents are prepared and submitted accurately, including invoices, bills of lading, certificates of origin, and import/export declarations. • Stay up-to-date with country-specific customs requirements, ensuring smooth customs clearance for all shipments. • Work closely with customs brokers to navigate international customs procedures efficiently and avoid delays. Courier and Country-Specific Issue Resolution: • Address courier issues in different countries, including shipment delays, lost packages, and regulatory challenges. • Develop and implement solutions to resolve country-specific logistics challenges by liaising with couriers, freight forwarders, and local authorities. • Maintain relationships with international courier companies to ensure quick resolution of any delivery problems. Inventory and Warehouse Management: • Oversee international inventory levels, ensuring proper stock levels are maintained properly. • Coordinate with warehouse teams to manage storage, handling, and dispatch of items

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred). • Minimum 2+ years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain management. • Knowledge of factory operations and planning ERP systems • Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey complex requirements and expectations in a simple way • Strong organizational skills with a demonstrable track record in successful project management and project delivery • Ability to perform in an environment of ambiguity and influence decisions • Analytical thinking, creative problem-solving ability • Time consciousness, diligence, flexibility, and interest to accept more responsibility, able to take initiative and give proper decisions timely
