Qualifications

Job description

We are a fast-growing player in the Middle East logistics & supply-chain solutions sector, supporting retail, e-commerce and industrial clients across the GCC. From freight forwarding to last-mile delivery, our on-ground operations and digital tools ensure goods reach customers on time and in full. Role & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily import, export and domestic shipments, ensuring on-time pick-up, clearance and delivery.
  • Prepare and verify shipping, customs and compliance documents (AWB, B/L, COO, SASO, commercial invoices).
  • Communicate with carriers, freight forwarders, warehouses and internal sales teams to resolve exceptions and minimise costs.
  • Monitor stock levels and reconcile inbound/outbound data in the ERP/WMS, triggering replenishment when needed.
  • Track KPIs such as OTIF, lead-time and freight spend, generating weekly reports for management.
  • Drive continuous improvement projects around routing, packaging and carrier performance.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or related field.
  • 3-5 years coordinating freight and customs in the UAE.
  • Hands-on knowledge of UAE import/export regulations and Incoterms.
  • Proficiency with ERP/WMS platforms and advanced Excel.
  • Excellent English communication and stakeholder management.

Preferred

  • Arabic language skills.
  • Experience with temperature-controlled or e-commerce logistics.
  • CILT, APICS or similar certification.
