We're Hiring – Logistics Coordinator

Location: United Arab Emirates (Island – GOP, HLE, DCs)

Rotation: 75/21

️ Working Hours: 10 hours/day (Sunday – 5 hours)

We are looking for an experienced Logistics Coordinator to join our team for a long-term offshore project in the UAE. The role will be under Indman Payroll, supporting a leading client in the Oil & Gas sector.

Job Description:

As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of personnel and material logistics between offshore and onshore locations, ensuring efficient and timely operations.

️ Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate mobilization and demobilization of personnel and equipment to offshore sites
• Arrange transportation, accommodations, and documentation for crew movements
• Liaise with vendors, freight forwarders, and internal teams to ensure smooth logistics operations
• Maintain accurate records of movements, permits, and inventory
• Ensure compliance with company and regulatory logistics standards
• Report daily/weekly logistics activities and updates to the management
