Job summary

• Previous experience as a Logistics Associate, Logistics Assistant, Logistics Coordinator, Warehouse Associate, Supply Chain Associate, or similar role is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support daily logistics and supply chain operations.
• Coordinate movement of goods and supplies.
• Receive goods and verify against orders and delivery documents.
• Assist with loading, unloading and storage of materials.
• Prepare orders and stock requisitions for deliveries.
• Pack, label and stage products for delivery.
• Coordinate timely deliveries to hotels, restaurants and other sites.
• Assist with delivery scheduling and route planning.
• Track deliveries and report status to relevant departments.
• Coordinate with drivers, warehouse teams, suppliers and internal operations.
• Prepare logistics reports (daily/weekly/monthly).
• Support procurement and follow-up on deliveries.
• Follow UAE safety, food hygiene and logistics procedures.
• Support continuous improvement in logistics operations.

Job Summary

IIQAF Group is seeking a reliable and organized Logistics Associate to support daily logistics, transportation, warehouse, inventory, delivery, and supply chain operations within the hospitality industry in Dubai. The Logistics Associate will coordinate the movement, receiving, storage, picking, packing, and delivery of food, beverages, hospitality supplies, equipment, and operational materials while ensuring accurate documentation and timely distribution.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily logistics and supply chain operations for hospitality facilities and operational departments.
• Coordinate the movement of food, beverages, hospitality supplies, equipment, and other operational materials.
• Receive incoming goods and verify quantities against purchase orders and delivery documents.
• Assist with loading, unloading, sorting, moving, and storing materials safely.
• Prepare orders, stock requisitions, shipments, and deliveries according to operational requirements.
• Pick, pack, label, and stage products for internal or external delivery.
• Coordinate timely deliveries to hotels, restaurants, kitchens, catering operations, and other hospitality locations.
• Assist with delivery scheduling, route coordination, and transportation planning.
• Track deliveries and communicate delivery status to relevant departments.
• Coordinate with drivers, warehouse teams, suppliers, vendors, and internal operations teams.
• Prepare daily, weekly, or monthly logistics and delivery reports.
• Support procurement and supply chain teams with order and delivery follow-up.
• Follow UAE workplace safety, food safety, hygiene, and company logistics procedures.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in logistics, transportation, warehouse, and supply chain operations.

Required Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, transportation, distribution, inventory, or supply chain.

• Hospitality, hotel, restaurant, catering, food service, retail, distribution, or FMCG experience is an advantage.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of basic UAE workplace health and safety requirements.
• Ability to work flexible hours, weekends, or shifts according to operational requirements.
