Job summary

IIQAF Group is seeking a friendly Dining Attendant to support daily food and beverage operations in a Dubai hospitality setting.

You will welcome guests, set up dining areas, serve food and beverages, maintain cleanliness, and ensure a positive dining experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience as Dining Attendant, Restaurant Attendant, Food Service Attendant, Dining Room Attendant, F&B Attendant, Waiter/Waitress, or Restaurant Server is preferred.
• Experience in hotel, restaurant, cafe, resort, catering, or hospitality environment is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of restaurant and food/beverage service procedures.
• Understanding of table setting, table service, food presentation, and dining room operations.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a food and beverage team.
• Professional appearance, positive attitude, and courteous approach to guests.
• Ability to stay calm and professional during busy service periods.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests in a friendly, professional, and courteous manner.
• Prepare dining areas, tables, chairs, service stations, and buffet areas before service.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, daily specials, promotions, allergens, and basic ingredients.
• Support opening and closing duties, including cleaning, restocking, table setup, and service-area prep.
• Assist with inventory and replenishment of dining supplies, condiments, napkins, cutlery, glassware, and other service items.
• Maintain proper personal grooming and professional appearance per hospitality standards.
• Follow restaurant policies, operating procedures, food safety standards, and workplace safety requirements.
• Support special events, banquets, conferences, catering, and other hospitality activities as needed.
• Perform other dining, restaurant, food service, and hospitality duties assigned by the supervisor.

Job Summary

IIQAF Group is looking for a friendly, attentive, and service-oriented Dining Attendant to support daily food and beverage operations in a hospitality environment in Dubai. The Dining Attendant will assist with preparing and maintaining dining areas, welcoming guests, setting and clearing tables, serving food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a comfortable and positive dining experience for guests.
