Trustbend Packers & Movers, a leading relocation and logistics service provider in Dubai, is currently looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Assistant to support daily operations and ensure smooth coordination across the supply chain. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys problem-solving and thrives in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and coordinating transportation, deliveries, and pickups in accordance with schedules.
• Prepare and maintain accurate shipping and logistics documentation including delivery notes, invoices, and tracking reports.
• Coordinate with drivers, warehouse staff, and external vendors to ensure timely and efficient service.
• Monitor inventory levels and support stock control and warehouse organization.
• Update internal systems with shipment data and client information.
• Respond to client inquiries regarding delivery status, shipping options, and service support.
• Assist in resolving issues related to delays, damages, or discrepancies in logistics operations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and UAE logistics regulations.
  
  

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; diploma or degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management is a plus.
• 1–2 years of experience in a logistics or supply chain role, preferably within the moving or transport sector.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel; knowledge of logistics software is an advantage.
• Strong organizational, coordination, and time management skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to work with internal teams and external partners.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
