Logistics Assistant

This is a full-time on-site role for a Logistics Assistant based in Dubai. The Logistics Assistant will be responsible for managing inventory, coordinating logistics, handling purchasing orders, and providing customer service. Daily tasks will include tracking shipments, ensuring timely delivery, maintaining organized records, and supporting the logistics team to optimize efficiency.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of INCO terms is mandatory.
• Inventory Management and Organization skills
• Experience in Purchasing and Logistics Management
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Proficiency in relevant logistics software and tools
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
