Job Description

Logistics

• Oversee the inbound flow of goods into the UAE from international markets and suppliers.
• Manage the customs clearance process in Dubai, coordinating with customs brokers for efficient handling of incoming shipments.
• Supervise 3PL warehouse operations, including storage and outbound logistics to retail stores, e-commerce platforms, and marketplaces.
• Maintain daily interactions with partners.
• Utilize ERP systems for effective data management within the logistics department.
• Monitor and control budgetary figures and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Manage contracts and agreements with logistics service providers.
• Control service level agreements (SLAs) and ensure high-quality service and customer care within the 3PL supplier management.

Other Operations

• Oversee contracting and procurement processes, ensuring alignment with company needs.
