A leading logistics services provider is seeking a Lodging Logistics Support specialist to oversee lodging operations, manage inventory, and ensure the delivery of lodging items. Candidates must have a high school diploma and experience operating forklifts and related equipment, along with the ability to maintain a U.S. Secret Clearance.

Job description

As the Lodging Logistics Support, you will provide lodging operations services including reservations, check-in, check-out, inspections, inventory management, restocking, safety inspections, general upkeep, and other related tasks.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS :

• Oversee lodging logistics operations, including inventory and related tasks pertaining to lodging logistics.
• Deliver and assemble lodging items as identified by the Lodging Management Office (LMO).
• Store, inventory, order, assemble, breakdown, remove, deliver, and install furniture, refrigerators, dehumidifiers, beds, and other lodging-related items in rooms.
• Maintain a full inventory of lodging items in storage facilities, ensuring an organized system to account for all items.
• Establish and maintain minimum stock levels of all expendable supplies and equipment to ensure adequate inventory.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE :

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience operating 6K and 10K forklifts and 6K boom lifts.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook.

LICENSE & CERTIFICATIONS :

• Valid U.S. Driver’s License.
• Ability to obtain a military driver’s license.
• 6K and 10K forklift certification.

SECURITY CLEARANCE : Must possess and maintain a U.S. Secret Clearance.
