MAIN PURPOSE OF JOBTo receive medical consumables / pharma / non-medical materials, physical check deliveries and neatly arrange it on shelves. Stock orders made up for departments as per requisition, prepare goods receive notes and assist the Stores Coordinator / Consumable Officer.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREASEnsure that the goods received are placed in a secure environment.
Actual stock received, checked against invoices and delivery note.
Transport goods from consumable stores / pharmacy / non-medical stores
Stock unpacked and ensure items packed on shelves as per protocol.
Stocks are prepared as per OT / Cath Lab case list.
Ensure that stock levels are maintained for all materials
Ensure Expiry date of the materials is closely monitored
Goods received note generated upon receipt of Materials.
System updated when for item movement ( consumption, issue and transfer )
Participate in stock take / Cycle counts
Perform administrative tasks as allocated by Consumable Officer / Consumable Manager
REQUIRED EDUCATIONA formal high school qualification
REQUIRED EXPERIENCEAt least 1 years'experience in a healthcare or service environment
