Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the cryptocurrency exchange in Latam, including customer service, marketing, and compliance management.
• Conduct buying and selling of cryptocurrencies, and manage deposits and withdrawals to ensure smooth exchange operations.
• Develop and execute local marketing strategies to enhance the exchange's visibility and presence in the Latam market.
• Monitor and analyze cryptocurrency market trends to formulate effective trading strategies.
• Communicate and coordinate with regulatory bodies in Latam to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
• Maintain relationships with local business partners to expand and grow the exchange's business.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in finance, economics, management or a related field preferred.
• Relevant work experience in cryptocurrency exchange operations, with a strong understanding of cryptocurrency market trends and exchange management.
• Strong customer service skills and communication abilities to effectively handle customer inquiries and feedback.
• Proficient in marketing and planning to devise successful local marketing strategies.
• Knowledgeable in Latam laws and regulations, with the ability to ensure compliance management.
• Collaborative team player with strong self-management skills, and the ability to work well under pressure and execute tasks effectively.
