Job summary

Al Masaood in Abu Dhabi, UAE seeks an experienced Local Implementation Manager to drive readiness and adoption for a major SAP transformation. You will bridge business stakeholders and the SAP Programme Team, ensuring regulatory, operational, and process alignment, and coordinating testing, data readiness, training, and go-live preparation.

The role requires prior SAP rollout experience, familiarity with SAP SD, VSS, and C4C, and an ability to lead local change activities and user acceptance

Qualifications

• At least one full SAP rollout, from design to hypercare, as LIM or similar lead.
• Experience as Local Implementation Manager or functional consultant in SAP is preferred.
• Automotive dealership experience is preferred.
• UAE/GCC experience is preferred.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Local Implementation Manager (LIM) to play a key role in a large-scale SAP transformation program that will shape the future of our automotive operations. Job Purpose: The Local Implementation Manager (LIM) plays a critical role in driving business readiness and adoption for a major SAP transformation program. Acting as the key link between business stakeholders and the SAP Programme Team, the LIM ensures operational requirements, regulatory obligations, and business objectives are fully aligned throughout the implementation journey. This role is responsible for coordinating business requirements, stakeholder engagement, testing, training, data readiness, and go-live preparation to support a smooth and successful SAP rollout. The LIM works closely with business leaders, process owners, and key users to ensure the organization is prepared for change, while promoting standardized SAP processes and sustainable business adoption.

What We're Looking For:

At least one full SAP rollout, from design to hypercare, as LIM, key user lead or functional consultant. Previous experience as a Local Implementation Manager, SAP Functional Consultant, Key User Lead, Business Transformation Lead, or similar role. Automotive dealership experience preferred. UAE/GCC experience preferred. Working knowledge of SAP SD, SAP VSS, and SAP C4C processes is highly desirable.
