Job Description

• Welcome guests as they enter the hotel lobby with warmth and friendliness.
• Assist with luggage and provide directions or information about hotel amenities and services.
• Help guests with the check-in process to ensure a smooth experience.
• Answer questions about room reservations, hotel policies, or local attractions.
• Act as a concierge by recommending dining, entertainment, and sightseeing options.
• Arrange transportation, make restaurant reservations, and handle other guest requests.
• Keep the lobby clean and tidy throughout the day.
• Monitor the lobby for safety or security issues and report concerns.
• Build positive relationships by anticipating guest needs and exceeding expectations.
• Address guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally, aiming for resolution.
• Work collaboratively with other hotel staff to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Share relevant information or updates with the appropriate departments.
