Lobby Host

First impressions are everything! As a Lobby Host, you will take care of the guests from the moment they arrive through to their departure by ensuring they have a memorable experience with us.

What you will be doing:

  • Greet guests with a warm and professional demeanor as they arrive at the lobby
  • Prepare and serve welcome drinks to guests. Ensure that the drink station is always stocked and presentable.
  • Provide guests with fresh, clean towels upon arrival.
  • Take initiative to add a personalized experience
Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:

  • Should have min. 1 years of experience as Guest Relations for a 5 Star Resort in UAE
  • Being Multi-lingual i.e. Arabic / German/Russian / French languages would be a Plus
  • Proven ability to build and maintain good relationships with all stakeholders
  • Communicate thoughts, actions and opportunities clearly with strong networking skills
