Job Description

  1. Welcomes and acknowledges each guest with a smile, eye contact, and a friendly greeting, using the guest’s name when possible.
  2. Expresses genuine appreciation and bids guests farewell warmly.
  3. Addresses all guest requests, problems, and needs promptly, focusing on guest satisfaction.
  4. Maintains a clean and professional appearance in uniform, nametag, and personal hygiene, in line with company policies.
  5. Attentively listens to guests to understand their needs and handles complaints effectively.
  6. Coordinates with all departments to ensure smooth communication and service flow.
  7. Follows VIP procedures, greeting VIP guests and bidding them farewell appropriately.
  8. Monitors overall guest satisfaction during activities and throughout the hotel, reporting feedback to the Guest Relations Supervisor/Manager.
  9. Responds to guest inquiries, suggestions, and complaints in writing.
  10. Participates in training programs and departmental meetings.
  11. Supports environmental sustainability by minimizing resource consumption, participating in activities that protect biological diversity, and properly managing waste to reduce environmental impact.
  12. Contributes to quality management systems and other responsibilities assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • Education: Minimum high school diploma.
  • Experience: At least 2 years in the industry.
  • Languages: Proficiency in English; good command of Arabic, German, French, or Russian.
  • Training: Attendance at relevant seminars and training programs.
  • Computer Skills: MS Office, Front Office software (Fidelio, Opera, etc.).
  • Skills: Knowledge of guest profiles, customer service orientation.
