Job summary

Fairmont Dubai in the heart of the business district invites a Guest Experience Ambassador to uphold brand standards, greet guests with warmth, assist with luggage, and guide visitors to the right areas of the hotel.

Reporting to the Guest Experience Manager, you will welcome guests, help with directions, engage first-time visitors, and contribute to a polished, guest-centric environment with flexible hours and professional presentation.

Qualifications

• Outstanding guest services skills with professional presentation and sophisticated communication
• Impeccable grooming
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible in working hours
• 2 years minimum experience in customer service is an asset
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
• Highly responsible & reliable
• Ability to work cohesively as part of a team
• Ability to focus on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous

Job Description
