Job summary

TikTok is seeking a Content Ecosystem Operation Manager for the LIVE MENA team to build and optimize content strategies for agency partners in overseas live markets. You will leverage data to grow local content and strengthen live streaming capabilities.

You will work with T&S, Algo, PM and other teams to improve content quality, monitor safety, and respond to real-time events, while staying aligned with global and regional strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• Familiar with local internet market and local culture and trends.
• Safety-related work experience and operational data analysis capabilities.
• Good teamwork awareness and communication skills.
• Fluent in both English and Turkish to collaborate with Turkish-speaking and global stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• In-depth analysis of the local content ecosystem to drive local content growth.
• Drive initiatives to improve content quality and audience engagement within global and regional strategies.
• Collaborate with T&S and other functions to inform and jointly develop community safety strategies and monitor safety risks in the content community.
• Monitor in-app short video content and coordinate with Algo, PM and T&S to collaborate on solutions.
• Observe local and international real-time events with emergency preparedness capacities.
