Senior Litigation Associate - Dubai Office

We are looking for a Senior Litigation Associate to join our well-established law firm in Dubai. The successful candidate will have outstanding communication skills in both Arabic (native) and English, a relevant Bachelor of Law degree (preferably Masters), bar association or similar evidence of eligibility to practice in relevant home jurisdiction, and a minimum of 10 years of UAE / Middle East experience, out of which 5 years must be as Senior Litigator.

Responsibilities

1. Researching applicable law & precedents.
2. Drafting legal documents.
3. Case & matter management.
4. Providing legal advice.

The role reports directly to the Partner heading the Litigation Department and is largely revolving around drafting submissions for UAE courts.
