  • Coordinate and manage property showings, providing potential buyers with detailed information and answering any questions to enhance their experience.
  • Prepare and present compelling listing presentations, effectively communicating the value of properties to potential sellers and buyers.
  • Negotiate offers and counteroffers with skill and professionalism, advocating for clients’ best interests and ensuring smooth transactions.
  • Maintain an organized database of leads, prospects, and contacts to facilitate follow-ups, nurture relationships, and enhance client satisfaction.
