We are hiring a Listing Agent to join our growing real estate team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing property listings, managing inventory, and ensuring high visibility across real estate portals to generate qualified leads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source residential and commercial properties from landlords and owners
• Prepare and manage listing agreements and documentation
• Upload property details on portals like Bayut, Dubizzle, Property Finder, etc.
• Coordinate property photography, videos, and virtual tours
• Ensure all listings are accurate, up-to-date, and legally compliant
• Maintain strong relationships with landlords for renewals and new listings
• Work closely with leasing and sales teams to close deals
• Provide regular feedback and updates to property owners

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum 1 years of real estate experience in UAE

• Strong knowledge of UAE property market and listing portals
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Well-organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
• UAE Driving License (preferred).
