Position: Powder Coating Painter

We are seeking a skilled Liquid Coating Applier/Operator/Painter to join our team. The Powder Coating Painter will be responsible for applying powder coating finishes to metal components and products using various techniques and equipment. The ideal candidate will have experience in powder coating application, possess strong attention to detail, and demonstrate a commitment to producing high-quality finishes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and apply Liquid Coating Applier/Operator/Painter to various components according to specified standards.
• Measure and control coating thickness (micron levels) to meet quality requirements.
• Operate and maintain coating equipment, ensuring optimal performance.
• Inspect coated items for defects and ensure they meet quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Collaborate with the production team to meet daily and weekly production targets.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Coating Applier/Operator/Painter in a foundry or similar environment.
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of coating application processes, including precise control of coating thickness (micron levels).
• Equipment Knowledge: Proficient in operating coating application equipment.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to inspect and ensure high-quality finishes.
• Safety Awareness: Knowledge of safety protocols related to coating applications.
• Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
