A B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering and 3-5 years of experience are required, with candidates preferably below 30 years of age.

1. Oversee all quality validation documents, parameters, and criteria for the assigned department.
2. Manage QA activities within the department, identify areas for improvement, and enhance processes.
3. Ensure adherence to line inspection and tagging processes.
4. Verify products and details for First Piece and Lot Inspections.
5. Provide timely data for departmental reviews.
6. Ensure effective incoming process quality.
7. Conclude non-conforming materials during incoming and production stages.
8. Support and resource inspectors under supervision.
9. Conduct scheduled Gemba walks in production and storage for incoming inspections.
10. Prepare and validate QAP reports and documents.
11. Develop inspectors under supervision.
12. Ensure a safe working environment, including timely updates of HIRA, EAI, and safety parameters.
13. Meet project timelines and OKRs.
